Pricing questions
What uses a credit?
One successful standalone check, cleanup, conversion, comparison, ONIX preview or ISBN batch uses one credit. Viewing results, editing a draft and downloading results are free. Failed runs do not use credits. Available monthly plans include unlimited standard tool runs.
Do credits expire or renew automatically?
Purchased credits do not expire. Credit packs are one-time payments, with no subscription or automatic top-up. Your remaining balance stays available if you later cancel a monthly plan.
Can I save a catalog with credits?
Credits pay for occasional tool runs. A monthly plan adds saved records, ISBN organization and print drafts. Existing records remain privately available to download after cancellation; new saving and public media delivery pause when the paid period ends.
What counts as a saved record or a hosted book?
One saved record is one book product or ISBN; separately recorded formats count separately. A media-enabled book uses one hosting slot, regardless of how many files it has. You pay for the capacities you choose, including unused slots.
What does unlimited include?
Unlimited standard tool runs means no credit deductions on an active monthly plan. Normal file-size, batch and rate limits still apply. External provider fees, physical printing and shipping are separate. EPUBCheck execution and live print ordering are not available yet.
Will hosted images keep working outside Book Bubba?
Enabled media hosting copies supported public files into our Cloudflare storage and uses stable public asset URLs in exports. Once a file is copied, the original host can disappear without taking that copy away. Private manuscripts stay private unless explicitly published.
